Cheers To You!

Whelp here's one way you can recycle ;) I cut up an aluminum can and flattened it into a sheet. After that I used an embossing folder to give some texture and sanded slightly to age it. The beer mug has been clear embossed for a glass effect. I used puff paint to create the beer foam. So now Cheers To You!

Make It Mondays Challenge

Oh, I'm excited, I think I'm getting better at photographing my projects! You can actually get a glimpse of the shine on the embossed damask design. This Valentine's Day card was made for the Papertrey Inc emboss resist challenge. I used one of my favorite sets Damask Designs to create my card. I love the weight of their cardstock - fabulous! Pure Poppy, Sweet Blush with a hint of Stamper's Select White was used. Perhaps I should have straightened my bow on the button properly ;)

Birthday Wishes Wallet
I saw the idea for this card on Nichole Heady's blog a long time ago.

I'm not so awesome using a sewing machine, but I'm tickled at how this card turned out. This was the card I made for my son to give to his Daddy for his 35th birthday this year.

Golfer's Birthday
Whoo Hoo, I got a scor pal for my birthday a couple of weeks ago. I've had fun playing with it since then. Here's part of a Birthday gift I made for my golfing Hubby for his Birthday. Here's the outside of the card and the 3x3 box. The idea for the box came from Karen Giron here... http://splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1338043?&si=golfbox

Ferrell Family Crest

Ah,
a
work
in progress. I can't seem to decide on how to design the border to finish my Ferrell Family Crest. The hardest part of my stained glass project was cutting and foiling the greyhound. Ugh, I broke the first one and had to cut another. Not fun, but I am very pleased with how sleek he turned out. I'd love any suggestions for the border!
